D'BANJ AND MANAGER CALL IT QUITS!

Foremost music star, Dapo D'Banj Oyebanjo has called it quits with his friend and manager, Seun Bankuli.
Bankuli, who took over from D'banj's erstwhile Manager, Sunday Are last year after his break-up with the Mo'hits crew parted ways with him the entertainer after series of heated arguements.
otohmillar.blogspot.com learns that it all started after the 2012 Koko Concert, Bankuli made a trip to Paris to work on Kanye West's next album without informing D'banj. That apparently didn't go down well with the latter and probably was the last straw that broke the camel's back.

German woman ‘suffocated boyfriend with her boobs’

Karin Hofer is accused of trying to suffocate her boyfriend with her boobs during sex

A LOVER has appeared in court accused of trying to suffocate her boyfriend with her BOOBS.
Karin Hoffer is accused of forcing her boyfriend's head into her breasts as they made love.
A court heard that Andreas Koller struggled to breathe as he was attacked during sex.
Prosecutors say when he did break free from her chest, Karin, 33, then tried to strangle him with her hands.
She was charged with GBH after the alleged attack in Unna, Germany.
Judges suspended the case when defence lawyers told the court that the accused had suffered “psychological trauma” and was unfit to stand trial.
Andreas Koller told the court: “I really did love her with all my heart."
He added: "What she needs isn’t a sentence, but proper psychiatric therapy.”

Court Rules that President Goodluck Jonathan is Eligible to Run for a Second Term in 2015

After much debate about President Goodluck Jonathan‘s eligibility to run for a second term in 2015, an Abuja High Court has ruled in his favour.
The Court, this afternoon, ruled that he can contest the forthcoming 2015 Presidential election if he so desires.
According to NAN, Justice Mudashiru Oniyangi held that Jonathan’s assumption of the office of the President after the demise of the late former President Umaru Yar’Adua was in line with what the National Assembly aptly described as doctrine of necessity and not as a result of emerging winner in any bye election conducted after the death of the late former President.
“After the death of Umaru Yar’Adua, there was no election or bye election. President Jonathan was merely asked to assume the office of the President in line with Doctrine of necessity. He was not elected as the President but was made to assume office by virtue of Yar’Adua’s death. Having exhausted the late President’s tenure, he sought for his party’s ticket and ran for the office of the President successfully in 2011 general election. He is therefore currently serving his first tenure of office and if he so wishes, he is eligible to further seek his party’s ticket through the party’s primary election and to run for office in 2015,” the Judge said.

Court frees seven of the accused persons in Aluu4 case

Seven out of the 18 people arrested and standing trial for the murder of the Aluu4 victims were yesterday discharged by a Port Harcourt Chief Magistrates' Court. Their reason? Not enough evidence to suggest they were involved in the killing.
Those discharged yesterday were: Chinwo Cynthia (the only female suspect), George Nwadei, Ekpe Daniel, Gabriel Agburum, Finebone Jeffrey, Endurance Edet and Gabriel Ochie.
The remaining 11 accused persons, including Alhaji Hassan Walewa, the paramount ruler of Omuokiri-Aluu, will face trial for the murder of Tekena Elkanah, Toku Lloyd, Chiadika Biringa and Ugonna Obuzor.
