18-year-old girl drinks pesticide after boyfriend called off relationship (photos)
18-year-old girl drank half the content of a bottle of pesticide, ‘Sniper’, after being dumped by her boyfriend.The girl attempted to commit suicide and left behind a note, after her boyfriend ended their relationship.
She revealed further that the unnamed girl is currently on admission and doctors say her heart has been affected by the ingested pesticide.

Rashidi Yekini’s Daughter To Meet Portugal Club Over Father’s Foundation.
The daughter of late Africa Soccer legend, Rashidi Yekini, Yemisi, will this weekend be traveling to Portugal to hold talks with Portuguese club Victoria Setubal as regards her planned Foundation for her late dad.
Victoria Setubal is arguably the biggest foreign club Yekini played for in his active days. The club has been supportive of any move to immortalise their former hero who they fondly referred to as ‘Black god’.
In an interview with Premium Times, the Yekini’s lawyer, Jubril Mohammed, confirmed the planned trip by Yemisi to Portugal adding that the girl has resorted to seeking help outside the shores of the country as very little assistance has come from Nigeria as regards properly immortalising the former African Footballer of the Year.
“Yes, Yemisi should be in Portugal from the 25th of July; she plans to spend her vacation there and more importantly hold discussions with officials of Victoria Setubal on her planned Foundation for her late dad. She is not getting the desired help here so she has to go to where she is wanted,” the lawyer stated.

Islamic State in Iraq have started using chickens as mobile improvised explosive devices,
Members of the terror group operating in and around the city of Fallujah are said to be strapping explosive belts to chickens, which are then encouraged to wander into enemy camps.
Once the chickens are successfully within striking distance without having aroused suspicion, the ISIS extremists apparently use remote controls to set off the devices, killing all those close by.
An unidentified Boko Haram facebook page declares support for the chicken bomber ingenuity and insist to use them against infidels in Nigeria.

A Zimbabwean mayor, Philip Mutoti, 45, is embroiled in a nasty divorce with his wife amid revelations that he was bedding at least 15 women and paying for their services.
Mutoti also made headlines for snatching a married woman last month and subsequently wrecking her matrimonial home.
His angry wife Alice Kuvheya, 31, revealed that the mayor was paying sex workers at least $100 per night for their services.
She also accused him of using sex enhancing pills when he played his ‘away match’.
Mrs Alice reported cases of rape and domestic violence at St Mary’s Police Station against Mayor Mutoti.
She claims that she was infected with a deadly virus by the mayor two years ago.
“I am tired of him; after he infected me (with HIV). He can have up to 15 girlfriends and gives them US$100 as payment.
“In order to manage the whole night having sex, he buys the Blue Diamond Pill.
“He raped me in 2013 which is when he infected me and I fell sick.
“He brings his girlfriends home including the one who was published to be having an affair with him.
“Philip is of a violent nature, he can send bouncers to beat up someone if they do not get along.
“My life became horrible after you exposed his illicit affair, his sister would tell me that I would eat when the dog had had its own fair share of food.
“With this ill-treatment came death threats that led to me leaving the house and going to live at the Musasa Project house.
“I don’t even have any clothes,” a heartbroken Alice cried out.

Dasuki’s aide’s driver disappeared with $5m cash
What happened to the $5m withdrawn from the National Security Adviser’s account at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)? The cash vanished under former NSA Col. Sambo Dasuki’s watch.
This question and more relating to other “curious” withdrawals in the dying days of the former President Goodluck Jonathan administration informed the invasion of Dasuki’s homes by Department of State Security (DSS) at the weekend.
