Linda Ikeji Drags Wizkid to Lagos Police Commissioner Over Threat Messages

Nigerian blogger, Linda Ikeji has reported popstar, Wizkid to the police over his threat to beat up Linda over a malicious report she posted on her platform about him.
The war between Linda Ikeji and Wizkid is far from over as Linda Ikeji has dragged Wizkid to Lagos Police Commissioner after he threatened to send his 16 year old cousin to beat her up.
According to NET who reported the news exclusively, a source revealed that after the matter was reported to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Oweseni, a summon was issued to Wizkid, with an invitation letter sent to the Surulere office of his manager, Sunday Are.
‘He was instructed to show up today but he did not’, the source said.
It should be noted that Section 323 of the criminal code states that ‘Any person who, knowing the contents thereof directly or indirectly causes any person to receive any writing threatening to kill any person is guilty of a felony, and is liable to imprisonment for 7 years’.

This unhealthy obsession with Her Excellency for some time now, a situation most public figures can identify with, has been glaringly evident in her posts, and is indicative of a more serious underlying condition. It is quite clear that her delusions and fantasies have become her reality, and her lack of gainful employment and hours spent online focusing on other people’s lives have exacerbated her already strained sanity or lack thereof.

EFCC arrests Jonathan's cousin for $40m contract scam

President Goodluck Jonathan’s cousin, Azibaola Roberts, remains in detention over a $40million (N12.7b) contract obtained from the Office of the National Security Adviser(ONSA) to ‘pacify’ militants in the Niger Delta.

Roberts, who was arrested alongside colleague Dakoru Atukpa, is the Managing Director of Kakatar Construction and Engineering Company Limited and One-Plus Holdings.

Gordy Uche (SAN), accused the EFCC of embarking on a vendetta mission against the ex-President.He said Roberts is being persecuted because of his blood link with Jonathan.

The EFCC arrested Roberts and Dakoru on March 23 as part of the ongoing probe of 300 companies involved in phantom contracts at the ONSA.

It was gathered that as at last night, the suspects, who could not meet their bail terms, were still with the EFCC.

Ekiti State Works Commissioner, Kayode Oso resigns

The Ekiti State Government has announced the resignation of the Commissioner for Works and Transportation, Mr Kayode Oso.
According to a press statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr Mrs Modupe Alade, Mr Oso resigned on health grounds.
Alade stated in the statement that, “Mr Kayode Oso has worked assiduously to add value to this administration going by his effort towards the development of our state.
” In his letter of resignation which has been fully accepted‎ by his His Excellency, Mr Peter Ayodele Fayose, Oso stated that he decided to resign to attend to his health challenges.
” We wish him quick recovery; the government of Ekiti State will stand by him while he overcomes his health challenges.”
Oso, during the first coming of Governor Fayose, started as Chief of Staff to the Governor and was later appointed as Works Commissioner.
Oso was again reappointed Works Commissioner in October 16, 2014.

Marriage is the hardest and best thing I have ever done. I have learnt how to adapt and connect more with my wife. I thank God that I have such a beautiful wife who is understanding, loving and caring. She loves me more than I love myself and constantly encourages me to be better.

How involved are you in the nurturing of your daughter?
My wife took some time away from work to raise our daughter. After our wedding, she was supposed to start her business but she became pregnant and had to adjust to her new role as a wife and mother. Now that she is back to work, I have taken up the daddy role, which includes changing diapers and caring for our daughter at odd hours. I am extremely happy and I have never felt this way before.
