Half-naked Nigerian man causes uproar on Bangkok road
Police in Samut Prakarn, Bangkok, Thailand were called after reports of a Nigerian causing trouble in the area.
They found the man near Sam Sian Elephant Museum, lying down in the middle of the road. This action had caused a build up of traffic because motorists had to drive round him.
The man is said to be aged about 35 and was dressed in only shorts.
Officers picked him and put him on the sidewalk but he was gabbling incoherently and had no identification at all.
He was later taketo Samut Prakan police station where investigations were underway to find out who he is and if he is in the country legally, but so far they could only determine that he was from Nigeria.

The pastor recounted the story of a woman who was tagged ‘barren’ and how a so-called pastor had sex with her on the grave yard in her quest for a child.
Female Teacher charged with rape after ‘having sex with two 16-year-old male students’
Kasey Warren, 27, a former tutor within the Carlisle County Schools District, Kentucky, US, allegedly had sexual contact with two pupils aged just 16.
One boy was said to have been attacked at the beginning of June while the other was attacked about two weeks later.
Police say Warren met the pair while working in the district in the latter half of the 2015-2016 term, but did not disclose which school the boys attended.
Officers say the alleged attacks took place in neighbouring McCracken County, but did not give any further details.
Cops say they received a report of the attacks on June 28, and a grand jury indicted Warren on Friday last week.
She is charged with three counts of sodomy in the third degree, and three counts of rape in the third degree.
Warren handed herself into officers yesterday and is now being held in custody pending further investigation.
Officers with the Kentucky State Police added that Warren is no longer employed in Carlisle County or anywhere else in the state.
Warren does not yet have an attorney listed for comment.
Her first court appearance has been set for September 15.
Police release aged woman caught with dead baby in Lagos
The woman, identified as Kuburat Ayinde was intercepted on Monday afternoon at Oshodi under bridge by road users and accused her of kidnapping a-month-old baby strapped on her back.
Upon discovering that the child was dead, the mob descended on the woman who was eventually rescued by some of the policemen at Oshodi.

Queen Nwokoye denies granting interview saying actresses sleep with producers for roles
Nollywood actress,Queen Nwokoye has denied an interview in which she allegedly said Nollywood actresses sleep with producers in exchange for roles.The actress lashed out at Punch for the headline which she calls sensational.She said;
Good morning everyone. I am honestly disappointed in the punch newspaper. You guys are too big for what you did. Leave twisting of words and tacky unintelligent captions for gossip magazines.First of all,i did not grant an interview to you guys. I wouldnt have,because the last time i did,you twisted my words as usual and gave it one of your stupid captions.
Because of that i stayed away from granting interviews for a very long time. I granted an interview to Samuel Olatunji. The interview was aimed at highlighting my personal struggles in the industry as an upcomer to encourage the new ones. I talked about alot of things. I talked about how I looked for ways to upgrade myself when I found out I was being stereotyped to a particular role. I talked about looking up to and watching movies of other talented actresses to make myself better.
I talked about how movie critics also helped by bashing some of my movies and how instead of feeling offended, it made me sit up and it made me work harder. Then i was asked but we heard you have to sleep with someone before you make it big in nollywood and in our defence I told him it didn't happen to me.
Then I was asked why didn't you relocate to lagos nd I gave them my reasons.
When d interview came out,I was shocked at what I saw. Everything was removed and the ones they left were twisted to suit the stupid caption they feel will bring traffic to them . Things I did not say were added and the aim of the interview was defeated.
It is only in Nigeria a journalist will still be asking about sex for roles in 2016. I hardly read about such when i see interviews from other countries. There are other positive things happening in nollywood. Good cameras,upto date equipments etc. Focus on the positives . Write things that will sell the industry instead of always dwelling on the perceived negatives

Catholic priest married 2 wives in Kaduna
Parishioners at Queen of Apostles Catholic Church, Kakuri parish, Kaduna State, are still in shock following revelation that the parish priest, Very Reverend Father Peter Zuni, 54, was engaged in a secret marriage to two women, an act that led to his being disrobed and sacked from the priesthood.
Sunday Sun gathered that one of the wives is already late, while the surviving one who blew the whistle about three weeks ago over the secret marriage is said to be nursing a child for the embattled priest.

UNIOSUN Lecturer, Wale Ojoniyi responds to “Sex Scandal video”
Dr. Wale Ojoniyi has reacted to allegations of sexual harassment leveled against him after he was allegedly caught on video with one of his students.
The student had connived with her friends to set Ojoniyi up being that he has been pestering her for sex.
In a statement titled “Open Letter to Nigerians and the Whole World on the alleged ‘UNIOSUN lecturer in sex scandal video’,” Ojoniyi said:
Ezekiel Igbokwe murders wife’s lover on matrimonial bed[Photo]
A 32-year-old businessman, Ezekiel Igbokwe, has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for allegedly killing his wife’s lover, Victor Olatundun.
Igbokwe was said to have killed Olatundun after he caught him having sex with his wife at their matrimonial home.
The suspect allegedly committed the offence at about 12am at Peace Lodge on Itura Street, Awa Ijebu, Ijebu-North Local Government Area of Ogun State.
The suspect, who committed the crime on Wednesday, July 27, was arrested by the police the following day.

I Enjoy Having S*x with Animals - Woman Confesses[Photos]
A 39-year-old Mississippi woman identified as Kimberly Coggin, has reportedly confessed to having s*x with more than one animal after she was arrested on Saturday last week and pleaded guilty to charges that she had unnatural intercourse with a dog.
According to WTVA, a police officer, Greg Pollan said an investigation was launched into Coggin after explicit photos were being circulated via text messages among residents within Calhoun County.
He said during a court hearing on Monday in Calhoun County Circuit Court, Coggin opted to waive indictment and pleaded guilty to the charge, adding that she admitted she had s*x with more than one animal.
Dailymail reported that authorities were able to determine that photos of Coggin engaged in s*xual acts with animals were taken between August 2014 and August 2015.
FG Signs MoU on Warri-Abuja Rail Project
The Federal Government on Friday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) on the completion of Warri-Ajaokuta-Itakpe-Baro-Abuja railway line.
The Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, signed the agreement on behalf of the Federal Government while Chen Xiao Xing, Vice President of CRCC, signed for the company in Abuja.
Amaechi said that the central railway line was the backbone of rail transportation in Nigeria, adding that the agreement was for its completion and extension to Warri town, port and refinery.
He said the rail would extend northward from Eganyi-Jakura-Baro to Abuja.
The minister said the agreement included the construction and expansion of Warri Port, Deep Sea Port as well as the Industrial Park at Bonny Island.
