UNN staff who spends his day making love with friend’s wife caught
Before now, Basil, (real names withheld by otohmillar.blogspot.com) had absolute confidence in his friend, Jude. Little wonder he allows Jude into his house without any iota of suspicion.
However, all that trust has been eroded as the Akwa Ibom State indigene residing in Nsukka stumbled upon an an unbelievable sight when the man he called his friend was caught on top of his wife in his bedroom.
Both “lovers” are staff of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
According to impeccable sources, Basil started suspecting that his wife was having an affair with the man owing to hints from neighbours.
On the eventful day, Basil, it was gathered, returned home and saw both lovers pants down in his bedroom. Both lovers were said to have escaped when he bumped into them, catching them in the act.
It was gathered that the suspect sneaks into his friend’s house as soon as he leaves for work every day.
“When the husband walked into the room, he saw them pants down; Jude grabbed his clothes and ran away, but the neighbours who were attracted to the scene gave him a hot chase”, the source added.
Unable to bear the insult, the angry husband made for the police and reported the matter to the Area Command of the Nigerian Police Force ,Nsukka.
When this reporter visited the police station on Sunday February 10, 2013, the aggrieved husband told him that he was making his statement to the police.
“The thing is true, they have been doing this since and I have been suspecting them, but my wife would always convince me taking advantage of my being a non Igbo. Please wait for me, I don’t want the matter to appear in the paper”, he told the reporter.
Also when our reporter reached out to the suspect who is a senior staff of the university and hails from Anambra state for his comments, he quipped “that is rubbish, that is rubbish”.
However, when contacted, the Area commander ACP Ros-Amson Haladu confirmed that a case of adultery has been reported to his office.
As at the time of filling this report, it was still unclear if Basil will push the matter to court or not.
