Wedding preparations are well under way in Venice, Italy, ahead of George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin’s ceremony Saturday.
The festivities kicked off Friday night with a rehearsal dinner at the five-star Hotel Cipriani, where much of the weekend’s action will take place.
This morning, guests will be treated to breakfast at the hotel, a converted 19th-century granary, before getting whisked off to the swanky Aman Canal Grande hotel via boat for the ceremony, which will be officiated by Clooney’s pal and former Rome Mayor Walter Veltroni. Clooney will wear an Armani tuxedo, reports People. Alamuddin will wear Oscar de la Renta (but has also been spotted leaving Alexander McQueen in recent weeks, and she arrived in Italy on Thursday carrying a Stella McCartney bag).
