A Christian carpenter, Francis Emmanuel who was a victim of brutality in the hands of Islamic extremists in Kaduna state for not fasting has received the governor's attention.
The govenor of the state, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, has wasted no time in visiting the recuperating victim on his hospital bed as he responds to treatment.
The state police has been given the mandate to fish out this culprits so that they could be brought to book.
