Alleged Bank Debtor,Prince Arthur Eze Sues Wema Bank For N200bn
Renowned philanthropist and business mogul, Prince Engr. Arthur Eze has also sued the management of Wema Bank Plc to the tune of N200bn for allegedly publishing his name among those owing the bank, when in actual fact, he is not owing them.
To assuage the damage he suffered on account of the false and defamatory publication of his name and photograph among the debtors of the bank in a national daily on August 7, 2015, Eze is asking for the sum of N200bn through his lawyers.
The bank had earlier published that Eze owed the sum of N136.93m.
