Real Madrid ace Cristiano Ronaldo has admitted he is considering returning to Manchester United, according to the Daily Star.
Speculation is rife that Ronaldo will leave Madrid in the summer after the Portuguese international refused to sign a new deal with the club.
And now it seems Old Trafford is his number one destination with reports suggesting Ronaldo has told United sources that he would seriously consider returning to the Premier League and the club that shot him to stardom.
But despite United manager Sir Alex Ferguson admitting the club was on the lookout for a big name in the summer, the 71-year-old believes retrieving Ronaldo from Spain could prove problematic.
Ronaldo may not be the only name exiting Madrid with the Mirror reporting Jose Mourinho is very close to re-joining Chelsea.
