Nigerian Security Forces Had 4 Hours Advance Warning Before Boko Haram Raided School

CNN this evening reports that human rights group Amnesty International says Nigerian military commanders had up to four hours advance warning of school raid where 276 girls were abducted but failed to act because they weren't able to raise enough troops to respond. They had 17 soldiers on ground and alerted police officers in Chibok to also be at alert.

But obviously they could do little or nothing to stop the men.
