There was shock and disbelief among the staff of Levy Mwanawasa General Hospital, in Lusaka, Zambia, when a man was brought screaming his lungs out to the clinic. Reports indicate that the 24-year-old young lad had put a size 21 nut as a ring on his manhood to give him the pleasurable sensation as he was masturbating in his bedroom Doctor Maison Chomba, who tried to remove the nut from the tormented penis all to no avail, finally admitted that there was no way the nut could be removed without a surgical process. The young man bit off than what he can chew. Chomba said the likely scenario of what happened to the fellow was that the young man rolled the bolt to the root of his manhood whilst it was flaccid but that the dilation of muscles happened after sexually toying and playing with the penis.
