Policemen assault taxi driver for allegedly refusing to give them N100(Photos)

This unfortunate scene happened this evening around Orpiah,Close to Delta State University. According to the eyewitness,the taxi man carrying her said the inspector in charge of that area Orpiah and his boys have been assaulting taxi drivers on that area.
