Over 20 students of University of Nigeria, Nsukka lost their lives on June 2nd in a fatal accident along Nsukka-Enugu expressway near 9th Mile, Ngwo, Enugu after the bus they were traveling in was hit by a tanker. The students were heading to their various homes after they were told to vacate their school for two weeks following protests in two campuses - Enugu & Nsukka - of the school.
Though a lot of media coverage is being given to this news but I don’t think any inquiry has been initiated or action being taken. My brother works for a DUI attorney Los Angeles and he was telling me that things would have different if this would have happened there in US.
